The availability for each product mentioned indicates the approximate period required to enable us to obtain the article after you have completed your order. This estimate does not include the time required for delivery of the purchased produit.

The articles bearing the words "available for rent, have been for the most part already been used or worn in the case of costumes .

it will takes 2 to 4 weeks for reception of your goods. It will be delivered by Canada Post in Canada and by your mail service outside of  Canada. To take delivery of your purchases in person, you simply call during business hours, or just come to the store.

Returns of brand new items occur within 10 days of receipt of your package with proof (invoice). The postage is payable by the customer. The goods will be inspected before acceptance of the exchange or issue credit.  There is no possible refund or exchange on the purchase of used items.
